At Whipped By T LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade skincare, body care, and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following return policy to ensure safety, fairness, and customer satisfaction.

Returns (Unopened Items Only)

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your request:

• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee (Store Credit Only)

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request store credit under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be at least 75% full
• Valid for first-time purchases only
• Limit one claim per customer
• Photo proof may be required

Approved requests will receive store credit only (no cash refunds).

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Whipped By T LLC is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities. However, we encourage you to reach out so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products (unless approved under Satisfaction Guarantee)
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover shipping costs
